This slate blue hand thrown pottery mug has the silhouette of a rust colored dragon. Our dragon mugs have an amazing feel to it as well as having a good design. The rust dragon design on the mug reveals the raw clay it is created from.
Carefully crafted from a durable stoneware clay to fit your hand, this 4.5" dragon mug comfortably holds 16oz. Hand thrown on the pottery wheel from a durable stoneware clay. Then this dragon mug is high fired with our dynamic slate blue glaze which is mixed by us in house.
The dragon mug in the photos has sold, and with all handmade pottery slight variation will occur, making each one unique.
This dragon mug and all of our stoneware pottery is fully functional for daily use, is food safe, (never contains lead) and is dishwasher and microwave safe.
All the stoneware pottery here in our shop has been handmade by husband and wife potters JR and Kristen Page in Burnsville North Carolina. Handmade to order, may take 3-6 weeks to complete.
