Forrest Moon Flower Vase - In Stock and Ready to Ship!

    This hand painted flower Vase has a rolling mountain landscape on it. Inspired by the National Forrest that surrounds us here in the Mountains of North Carolina. The trees, rolling hills, and full moon featured on the vase has has such a profound influence on us and our pottery . The classic shape and glaze makes a very natural fit for this handmade pottery flower vase. This approx. 9" vase stands wonderfully on its own or with a bouquet of flowers in it.

Hand thrown on the potters wheel with a durable stoneware clay, then the still wet clay was altered while wet to show movement of the once pliable clay. Then a sea shell was pressed into it while still wet. The hand painted landscape shows off this texture and movement of this flower vase nicely.

All of our stoneware pottery is fully functional for daily use, is food safe, as well as dishwasher and microwave safe.
