Mountain Moonshine Jug- Handmade to Order

     Store and pour your whiskey in style with this hand thrown pottery Moonshine jug with a hand painted mountain moon landscape. The classic shape and glaze makes a very natural fit for this handmade pottery decanter/ whiskey jug.

Hand thrown on the potters wheel from a durable stoneware clay. Then a handle is pulled and thumb rest placed for a comfortable grip. This jug was then hand painted with a landscape inspired by our surroundings here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. This Mountain Moon Moonshine Jug comfortably holds a half gallon (aka a handle) of whiskey or Shine! Measuring approx. 9" tall, our Mountain Moonshine decanter holds approx. 60oz. A fitted cork comes with this Jug.

All of our stoneware pottery is fully functional for daily use, is food safe, as well as dishwasher and microwave safe.
