        This large 10"x5" hand thrown serving bowl has carved Rooted paterns along the outside. Glazed in our Slate Blue which  has a smooth glossy finish. This large serving bowl is perfect for serving so many dishes as well as doubling as mixing bowl. A family sized salad is a perfect fit in this gorgeous hand carved serving bowl.

Hand thrown on the pottery wheel from a durable stoneware clay, this large serving bowl is then carved to have our Rooted carvings on the outside which is both pleasing to the touch and sight.

Our goal as  potters is to make functional pottery that people can have a personal relationship with. When you're serving a handmade dinner from a hand thrown bowl, you will get an understanding of the relationship that you would not be getting from one churned out of a factory.

All of our stoneware pottery serving bowls are fully functional for daily use, food safe, as well as dishwasher and microwave safe.
