Soup Bowl in Slate Blue with Rust Chain - Handmade to Order

         Measuring approx. 7" x 3" these hand thrown pottery bowls are the perfect size for soup or cereal. Hand thrown on the pottery wheel with a durable stoneware clay. These bowls are larger than most soup bowls, as well as nesting inside of each other for easy storage. The beautiful yet subtle slate blue glaze is sure to enrich your cooking and eating experience. Painted wax reveals the warmth of the rust colored raw clay.

As with all handmade pottery expect slight variations in color and size.

Our goal as potters is to make functional pottery that people can have a personal relationship with. When you're eating from a bowl that feels good in your hand, you will get an understanding of the relationship that you would not be getting from one churned out of a factory.

All of our pottery is fully functional for daily use, food safe, as well as dishwasher and microwave.

Our handmade pottery is made by husband and wife potters Kristen and J.R. Page in Burnsville North Carolina. Handmade to order, may take 3-6 weeks to complete.
